Monica Korkor Bleboo

Monica Korkor Bleboo is a seasoned communications consultant with over 35 years of experience, specializing in behavior change communication and spokesperson training for both public and private sector leaders.

She has designed and led high-impact training programs in public speaking, media interviews, and crisis communication, equipping executives and spokespersons with the skills to effectively convey their organization’s message—even in high-pressure situations.

Monica has trained top officials, including chief directors of various ministries, the Office of the Vice President of Ghana, district assemblies, and corporate leaders from organizations such as Standard Chartered West Africa and Cameroon, Newmont Ghana, Goldfields Ghana, Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, National Petroleum Authority, and the Government of Sierra Leone, among others.

Peter Martey Agbeko, APR

Communication specialist instructor

Peter Martey Agbeko, APR, is a seasoned Ghanaian communications specialist with over three decades of experience. Until July 2023, he led the Public Relations Department at the Ghana Standards Authority. He is a distinguished member of the Institute of Public Relations (IPR) Ghana, and serves on its Governing Council.

Beyond IPR Ghana, Peter is affiliated with the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). He is also an active member of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), where he has contributed significantly, serving on the Awards Committee (2017–2019) and as Secretary of the Elections Committee (2020–2022). Notably, he was the inaugural Director of the Ghana International Press Centre from 1992 to 1995.

Peter has also shared his expertise as a lecturer at the Ghana Institute of Journalism (now UniMac), where he taught News Reporting and Feature Writing at the second- and third-year levels during the 2017 and 2018 academic years.

Internationally, Peter has served as a judge for the Golden World Awards for Excellence, organised by IPRA, in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. He will serve again as a judge in 2025. These prestigious awards recognise outstanding global public relations programmes, with an esteemed panel of communication experts evaluating and shortlisting the entries.

Peter is an alumnus of St. Augustine’s College, Cape Coast (APSU ‘80) and the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ ‘87). He further honed his expertise by earning an MSc in Social Development Planning and Management from Swansea University, UK.
